I would recommend for any potential buyer to be patient. Finding the right property can take a considerable amount of time and effort. Do your research and stick to your maximum budget, consider the renovation costs (as these can be high!) and research the property pricing and market in the area. I would recommend to build good relationships with the local estate agents in the area as they can inform you before a property comes to the market and consider a project, you could get a bargain!
Finding your ultimate dream luxury home will be worth it and you’ll know when you find it! It’s a very exciting process but finding and buying such a property, doesn’t happen overnight.
